  7. Beautiful instrument, and exactly the color I would have picked. Happy belated birthday!

Also, don't know if you saw, but Hayley Williams put out a new record last month. It's a softer, less immediate album than Petals for Armor, but I think it's quite good. Here's 'My Limb': https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytaBTdz8-to

  9. Hello Mr. Reynolds:

I (of course) am wild about your work and consider you one of the greatest practitioners of this arcane art known as SF.

I have two questions for you.

First, when will Sleek get his own standalone/spinoff? Psychotic dolphins don't grow on trees...and I'd hate to see Sleek go unremarked.

Second, how much Iron would we need to dump into the core of our Sun to make it go Nova? (asking for a friend)

    Regards,

    nematode

  12. Happy belated cyclical orbital position. Relating to your last post - very much looking forward to an Al R. BDO novel. I really liked Troika and Pushing Ice. And just that you write a throwback style classic sf book every once in a while (Guessing this'll fit that mould).

  13. Very nice finish. How's the tone on it, and what're you playing it through?

  14. Tone's lovely, for what I want, which is attempting various Steely Dan (ie Larry Carlton) bits. I'm playing it through a Digitech RP90 multi-effects pedal and a Marshall practise amp.

  15. Hats off to Marshall, incidentally, who collected, repaired and returned my amp recently for a very reasonable 50 pounds, including shipping.
