As an old post punk guy, too, I'm sure you're aware of The Fall's cover of The Saints' This Perfect Day.

As for The Church, wow, yes, a storming band. I still play their stuff a lot. I think my favorite of the lot is Priest=Aura, which just floored me when I first played it. But I dig the older and newer stuff as well. And again, you must be aware of the Jack Frost albums with Grant McLennan and Steve Kilby, absolute barnstormers.Al Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01517967406876572177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5143440998478479157.post-82432211775821935762021-12-27T03:43:47.495-08:002021-12-27T03:43:47.495-08:00i'm an old post punk guy from london who now l...i'm an old post punk guy from london who now lives in sydney and have had the pleasure of seeing ed play numerous times, his album 'honey steals gold' is amazing and i recommend checking it out if you don't know it, but 'the church' are my fave band and still going strong. captain missionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13465482384803674356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5143440998478479157.post-27277857475058222032021-08-25T18:00:12.842-07:002021-08-25T18:00:12.842-07:00Stock up on your Ed goodies here: https://artistfi...Stock up on your Ed goodies here: https://artistfirst.com.au/collections/ed-kuepper.

Digital catalogue being updated as we speak and a very busy you tube channel right here https://www.youtube.com/c/TheExplodingUniverseofEdKuepper

Website: https://edkuepper.com/
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/EdKueppermusic
Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/edkuepper/
Twitter: @edkuepper

Oh, and Ed is recording next month.Feel Presentshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15751032816990673963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5143440998478479157.post-37050033225920214032021-05-31T05:26:30.289-07:002021-05-31T05:26:30.289-07:00Hi John - yes, a good concert at the Tramshed, the...Hi John - yes, a good concert at the Tramshed, the first time I'd seen him as well.

When we were house hunting in Wales back in 2007 one of the places we looked at was owned by (I think) the mother of one Kids in Glass Houses, although I confess I'd never heard of them before that point.Al Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01517967406876572177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5143440998478479157.post-14973673628933278932021-05-29T10:57:52.919-07:002021-05-29T10:57:52.919-07:00So Al Stewart was in Cardiff and I didn't noti...So Al Stewart was in Cardiff and I didn't notice! Heck... I first saw him in the 1970s in Birmingham when Year of the Cat was in the charts. Last saw him in Cardiff a few years back, performing with Dave Nachmanoff.

Attended some Kids In Glass Houses gigs in Cardiff too, but then my nephew was in the band.
